Their polite, thankful, they understand what your saying, accept the end results, and are off the line in mins.

So please, when you call someplace, just do as they intruct you and don't argue with them. Honestly, their trained to help you, they know what their talking about. Don't debate, your just wasting both of your time. And a little please and thanks goes a long way.
